CAS COMMISSION: ECONOMIST PLAZA, LONDON/ENGLAND — May 2008

The Contemporary Art Society of England has shortlisted my work for the Economist Plaza in central Piccadilly, London.

The Contemporary Art Society is the national non-profit agency that supports contemporary artists through the promotion of collecting and commissioning by individuals, and public and private bodies across the UK.

The Economist Building provides the only outdoor public exhibition space in Central London committed to a continuous program of sculptural works by contemporary artists. The commission is designed to showcase the work of young and emergent artists. This reflects The Contemporary Art Society's expertise in identifying promise and The Economist's reputation for being 'ahead of the curve'.
